Taking care of your mattress or topper is vital to ensure its prolonged life. Our care instructions page help ensure you do everything you can to help with this.

We recommend you turn your mattress or topper at least once a month. If it is a 2-sided mattress or topper, we recommend flipping it over at least once a month.

For mattresses and toppers with removable zip covers, these can be removed and machine washed. It is crucial they are washed at low temperatures (20/30 Degrees Celsius maximum). If only lightly marked or soiled, we recommend spot cleaning as constant machine washing will deteriorate the fabric.

For mattresses with fixed-on covers, we recommend spot cleaning only with a fabric cleaning agent.

We also recommend, to ensure freshness, you spruce your mattress with a scented fabric refresher.
