Product Care Instructions

Proper care of your mattress or topper is essential for maintaining its comfort, support, and longevity. Our care instructions are designed to help you keep your product in the best possible condition for years to come.

We recommend rotating your mattress or topper at least once a month to encourage even wear. If you have a double-sided mattress or topper, we also advise flipping it over monthly.

For mattresses and toppers with removable zip covers, the covers can be machine washed. To protect the fabric, they should only be washed at low temperatures (maximum 20–30°C). If the cover is only lightly marked or soiled, spot cleaning is recommended, as frequent machine washing may cause the fabric to deteriorate over time.

For mattresses with fixed covers, we recommend spot cleaning only using a suitable fabric cleaning product.

To help keep your mattress feeling fresh, we also suggest using a lightly scented fabric refresher regularly.
